The electromechanical components we are planning, developing and manufacturing for our customers are often exposed to extreme influences such as particularly high or low temperatures, humidity, pressure and chemical influences.
The casting technology offers a reliable and permanent protection to shield electromechanical components from precisely these influences.
In our production, components are poured out with a 2-component casting compound with the help of a fully automated robot.
The fully automated monitoring of the amount of grouting and the casting time as well as the automatic verification of the grouting temperature guarantee reliable results with the best quality.
In our flexible casting plant, it is possible to pour particularly small as well as bigger and more complex housing shapes.
