Pforzheim <\/em>\u2013 03. August 2020 \u2013 Durch die \u00dcbernahme der D-Sub-Produkte von ERNI inklusive Maschinen und Werkzeuge hat PROVERTHA sein bisheriges Produktportfolio optimal erweitert und bietet leistungsf\u00e4hige D-Sub-L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr nahezu jede Anwendung an.<\/p>\n

Die l\u00f6tfreie Einpresstechnik mit der millionenfach bew\u00e4hrten elastischen Einpresszone sorgt f\u00fcr einen\u00a0gasdichten Anschluss auf Backplanes und Leiterplatten und eine hoch zuverl\u00e4ssige Verbindung f\u00fcr besondere Beanspruchungen wie Vibration und Schock. L\u00f6tfehler, Flussmittelprobleme oder thermische Belastung werden durch den Einsatz der Einpresstechnik ausgeschlossen. Die geraden (180\u00b0) TMC Pressfit D-Sub-Steckverbinder erm\u00f6glichen auch die einfache Montage auf beiden Leiterplattenseiten mit kosteng\u00fcnstigen Einpresswerkzeugen.<\/p>\n

Von Provertha sind die TMC D-Sub-Steckverbinder in Einpresstechnik als Buchsen- und Stiftversionen in der Standard-Einbauh\u00f6he von 6,3 mm verf\u00fcgbar. Auf Anfrage sind auch Versionen mit einer Einbauh\u00f6he von 9 mm und weitere Bauh\u00f6hen erh\u00e4ltlich. Bei den Polzahlen kann der Kunde zwischen 9, 15, 25 und 37 w\u00e4hlen. Auch f\u00fcr die Befestigung auf der Leiterplatte gibt es verschiedene Optionen wie Durchgangsloch sowie Gewinde UNC 4-40 bzw. M3\u00a0oder Gewindebolzen UNC 4-40 bzw. M3.<\/p>\n

Sonderversionen in anderen Farben oder f\u00fcr spezielle Anwendungen wie Vakuumtechnik<\/p>\n

sind ebenso auf Anfrage realisierbar.<\/p>\n

Provertha bietet in dem TMC PCB D-Sub-Programm neben der Einpresstechnik die Anschlussarten SMT und THR (Thru Hole Reflow) f\u00fcr den vollautomatischen SMT-Prozess sowie THT-Versionen in abgewinkelten und geraden Ausf\u00fchrungen.<\/p>\n
