The independent business unit PROVERTHA Automotive Solutions focuses on the interests of the automotive industry. It develops and produces own components and assembly units for system providers of car manufacturers with core competencies in the production of connectors, assembly units in the area of plastics technology and complex cable assemblies. For these products, PROVERTHA offers a highly efficient serial production in the best possible quality.<\/p>\n

As part of its extensive electronic manufacturing services PROVERTHA provides a process controlled, water resistant coating of switches, connectors, electronic assemblies and systems. To enable this, the company has invested in a new, high performance 2-component dispensing unit.<\/p>\n

The dispensing table-top robot mta TR300 is controlled by an industrial PC and allows semi-automatic dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. The increasing demand in term of quality, precision and repeatability lead to increasing levels of these processes. Especially when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar the table-top robot combines flexibility with required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at a reasonable cost. The 3 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point. The table-top robot TR300 platform can be equipped with different dispensers.<\/p>\n

With the new dispensing unit PROVERTHA expands its spectrum of flexible and high performance EMS portfolio with a special focus on the automotive industry.<\/p>\n
