Our plastic moulding department works with the most modern machines. Here are some examples from our competence fields:<\/p>\n

  • Insulators for connectors<\/li>\n
  • Chassis for cable assemblies<\/li>\n
  • Glossy surfaces<\/li>\n
  • Moulding of components<\/li>\n
  • Moulding of electronic components with macromelt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The tools we use are constructed, built and maintained by our toolmaking department. This ensures the maximum durability of customer tools we use.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>

    Moulding
    \n<\/b>Subsequently to a repair or within a new production of an injection moulding tool it is necessary to carry out a sampling.
    \nThis is possible at any time, thanks to the closeness of our plastics technology department. We have 23 modern injection moulding machines with a locking force between 250 KN and 3500 KN at our factory in S\u00e1rv\u00e1r.
    \nSampling of tools is not a problem with this technical equipment and loss of time through shifting of tools can be minimized.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
